"Surprisingly terrible quality scarf. It is nothing like the description. It is thin and scratchy. I purchased as a gift but would be too embarrassed to give it. Item was final sale. Clearly a trap to get rid of a low quality item. I reached out to customer service for a return as the scarf didn’t match the description and only received an automated response declining my request followed by multiple spam emails from everlane. Do not recommend."
