Never received my order.

"After chatting with customer service everyday to get a status update on the order. They failed to figure what happened with my order."

Terrbile Zipper!

"Nice cut: sits right above the waist, conformable jacket, but the zipper is absolute trash and for that alone you should skip this jacket."

The package was said delivered

"The package was said delivered in five days but I never received it. Finally, strangely, approximately six weeks. No understanding or explanation. Paypal refunded me yesterday. I can not comment on the clothing since I wasn't allowed to received it. This was one of two jackets I ordered. I probably wouldn't risk ordering again even though the the quality and style gas always been great on previous orders. I wouldn't risk the headache."

Lower build quality

"I purchased this jacket in 2019 and again in 2025, and I can't help but notice a lowering of quality: the filling is thinner, the zips are lighter and the coating/feel on the canvas seems of lesser quality."

So versatile

"Really enjoying this jacket in the last few weeks I’ve had it. It’s lightly padded so it has versatility in a cold climate, but you can open it up during warmer weather. The slightly shorter length and the clasp buttons on the bottom of the body and cuffs help to achieve a more fitted look. Overall, a classic, yet modern take on the Harrington makes for a timeless and versatile look to any outfit. The double zip works well, and the two front pockets are great. The inner chest pocket has Velcro for more security - I don’t love this but it serves a practical purpose. I live in a subtropical climate that varies from 5°C - 20°C in the colder months, and it’s perfect for this. Can layer it with a light jumper on particularly cold days too. I usually purchase size L jackets, but the medium, while more fitted, still fits true to size for me without feeling too small."

Broken zipper

"Zipper was broken when I bought it, when I asked help to return it from support they said it was a user error and sent me a video of how to use a zipper… returned the item and now I’m no longer going to shop at Everlane"

Sharp jacket

"The jacket is casual, but it pulls an outfit together. The fabric is nice, and the jacket is well-constructed. My teenage son looks sharp! We did have to exchange the small for an extra small though, as he is not a big guy at 5’7."
