"I usually wear a small and originally ordered small because I wanted it to fit oversized and it is called 'Oversized'. To me, the fit is fitted. If you want to fit like the model you need to size up. I returned and got a L and it fits like the model. For reference, I'm 5'3" and 125lb. Love the color and feel - not too itchy."
"I purchased a $180 sweater and wore it for less than two hours and it pilled everywhere and looks like it’s 20 years old and as if it were washed it dozens of times. I contacted the company immediately to return it asking for a full refund or a store credit and after the associate acknowledged it was a quality issue with that product, the only thing they offered me was $10 towards another purchase. I was shocked and beyond disappointed with the lack of quality of product and the lack of care from customer service. I would not recommend ever purchasing products from this company. Both quality and customer service are atrocious. Furthermore, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my bank to rectify this situation."

"This sweater was not the go-to staple I was hoping for when I invested in this piece. The wool is quite itchy such that you have to wear something underneath and the fit is quite baggy. I’m between a M-L and sized up for an oversized look, but it sags around the shoulder and looks grumpy rather than polished. Hopefully it shrinks a bit when I wash as others have said it does. Wouldn’t buy this again."

"Liked the weight and design of the sweater though will have to see how it holds up but Everlane sizing for me leaves the sleeves too short on everything I ordered unfortunately so keep pulling down the sleeves and had to return a jacket I ordered. I do have longer arms but don’t have that problem in other brands."
