I just don’t understand how it converts to the tote/shoulder bag like advertised with the female model. The color is beautiful, I just think there are better weekenders for the price. I might return."

"It is nice and roomy and I like the different zipper pockets but it is not very comfy as a backpack, the straps keep turning around and digging into my shoulders. I can't figure out how to convert it into a crossbody. A little disappointed for the price."
