"I love this bag so much! It’s become my favorite diaper bag for my toddler. I’m so disappointed though that the laptop sleeve doesn’t hold your average/standard 13” work laptop with or without a laptop case. Also I love the versatility of a backpack and tote bag, I feel more like a person than a sherpa, however there is NO cushion on the straps and if you’re wearing a tank top and you’ve filled the bags endless pockets to the brim, the heaviness causes the straps to dig in."

Good bag, but it could be great with some tweaks

"I bought this as a work bag as I need all 3 modes of carry for my commute. The bag distributes weight pretty well if packed sensibly, and the pockets are fantastic. The shoulder carry handles are wide, but they would benefit from some subtle padding. The backpack option is quite clever and quick change from backpack to crossbody is easy(once you work out how to slide the metal buckle through). Due to the straps having zero padding it can start to strain the shoulders if you’re hauling a heavy load on foot for moderate distances, but backpack mode is great for shorter treks. The D-rings for the crossbody strap stick out and can hit doorframes as they are so wide - the bag would benefit from a way to strap these down like many carry-all bags have. I’ve solved this by using two s-biners and hooking them in the middle over the zipper, which does the job but doesn’t look the best. As a person in a plus-size body (US 18/20) the backpack and shoulder straps fit well for me over a winter coat, which is sometimes as issue with other brands, so well done Everlane!"
