Poor quality

"When I received this sweater, there were multiple areas where the threads were pulled and the stitching was loose, especially around the shoulder area. I contacted Everlane with photos to show the poor quality and workmanship. They sent me a replacement, which also had pulled threads. The quality of this brand is no longer what it used to be, and yet the prices continue to increase. I can see a huge difference from the same style turtleneck I ordered the year before, which was super thick and warm. It's really disappointing."

"Love these turtlenecks! They’re a nice thick quality cotton and effortlessly chic. I typically wear an 8/10 and the small fits perfectly (I don’t like my clothes baggy or unstructured). I have the cream color and now this black one, eyeing the grey next! For the cold winter weather, these are my go to! I was so surprised this arrived the next day after ordering, which was a lovely bonus."

Boxy turtleneck IS boxy

"Okay, it says boxy and it IS boxy. No surprise, right? It's so comfortable, but I didn't find it flattering on me because it lacked shape. That said, I LOVE the neckline and the long sleeves. It's truly unique. And it's beautifully knit! If this neckline was on another fitted turtleneck, I'd buy it in a minute!!"

This is exactly the fit I like, and the size was true to the measurements.
