"These are the perfect pants for casual/semi-casual affairs. Since these are nearly 100% cotton, I would suggest air drying them to prevent fading (all black clothes fade, but my first pair no longer matches my black button downs, so I am replacing them)."
"Getting these pants can be risky since I have only seen them on sale with no returns accepted. I listened to the reviews to order a size down since they run large (which I have noticed to be true for all Everlane pants I have bought so far). Luckily, they ended up fitting me perfectly! The fabric is also very comfortable, and I appreciate that they are made of natural materials. The low-rise length isn't a problem for me, you just need to pair them with a full-length shirt. If you are getting them for work that shouldn't be an issue."

"The low waist is fine but these are too short. I sized up from size 2 to 4, so they are a little loose and that’s ok. They just don’t seem to work at an awkward length. I’m 5’6” and I want the pants to cover the top of the shoe but they don’t. everlane pants always have such a long crotch on me because im short waisted, and i thought these would be the answer, but the are weird. Looks like I’m 9 years old trying on my old grandpa’s trousers."
"I like these. I have a short torso so the rise is fine on me. These don't fit low rise on me so the peats look good. The quality is good for the price and the length is perfect. I am supposed to talk about "variation" but don't have a clue what that means. Overall, I really like these pants and the price was outstanding as I got them on sale."
"Really wasn't sure if I would be able to pull these off since I am fairly short and straight in the hips. Surprisingly, I think they are pretty flattering and not as frumpy as I imagined. With a tighter top especially, they're really very cute. My hips are 35" on a good day, and I ordered a 0. They sit low where they should, without being too low. The length suits me."

"I decided to take a chance on these while they were on sale, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked them. I read a lot of reviews of people saying these ran big, so I ordered a size smaller than what I thought I needed - great decision. I did overestimate how much I’d be able to hike these up, despite the low rise. They are actually quite low rise and you will not be able to just belt them a bit higher for a kicky look - you’ll just give yourself a wedgie. However, I ended up really liking the low waisted vibe, and the pants look great with a shoe that has a bit of a heal. Just be aware the fit is a little baggy and tomboyish, so size down for a more femme look if you’re in the shorter side. The material is lovely and the pleats are perfect, creating nice drape for a professional and classy look."
