"Not sure if it's because I got it on sale, the sweater was a big disappointment. It was as if it was washed once as it was stiff and hard. I don't think I will wear even once and since I cannot return, it will just go for donation."

"The sweater itself is great but it arrived with some stains on them as if someone had previously tried on the sweater. When I reached out to everlane, the only option I was given was to send the sweater back and receive another one. When I told them this wasn’t a sustainable practice and that I was fine with keeping the sweater and getting it dry cleaned if I received an additional discount, I was told this wasn’t possible. Sad to see that Everlane’s return policies aren’t actually sustainable"
