Scratchy straps
"Most Everlane shoes are comfortable right out of the box. Not this one. The straps are sewn with plastic thick thread that scratches the top of the feet. I had to use sewing scissors to cut the thread down. Even then, the straps dig. I should not have been so persistent with it but I needed it for a trip. I expected more comfort from a low heel."

Chic and comfortable shoe.
"Very well made, chic and comfortable shoes. The slanted heel lifts it from a standard pump to a fashion piece, coupled with the padded straps it’s a modern look with absolute comfort. I have high arches and sometimes a strap over the top of my foot doesn’t work. Happy to say, not the case here."
