"comfortable slides for easy walking. Not meant for long treks. The stretchy bands help with my slightly wider feet. It doesn't provide the most secure step and can slip off quite easily. Stepping on the raised edges are like stepping on legos though, so beware."

I’m so glad I went with my true size because they fit perfectly! If you’re hesitating about sizing because you have narrow feet, I say order true.
