"I had high hopes for these shorts and they did not disappoint! I love the fit, relaxed legs, fitted waist, and the material is soft and comfy. I was impressed with the construction and liked that the waist band was a bit stiffer to keep the shape. The style is easy to dress down or up. "Got these shorts in regular cloth and buttersmooth. While I love the butter smooth material, it seems to run smaller than most sizes. The other pair I bought in 6 fit me perfect, but these are a little small/tight around the waist. I still love them, but they make me feel like I have to suck it in a bit more…"

"These look dressy. I really like the fabric, looks like a silk but thicker, not a dark black. If they were any more high waisted you'd be Jiminy Glick, but that being said, they look chic with a cami tucked in. I usually get 10's in the barrel pant but wanted to see if an 8 would be better and actually a 6 would have fit better around my waist but, if I went 6, maybe whatever I tuck in will show and look bulky. I am 5'3"" 145 but do weights, and curvy on the bottom."
